We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. When international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will appear at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

Tracking is available for most products. If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please email sales@vitalrestwellness.com and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
