Return and Refund Policy

At VitalRest Wellness, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email sales@vitalrestwellness.com and include:

  • your order number
  • the item you want to return
  • the reason for the return

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at sales@vitalrestwellness.com so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact sales@vitalrestwellness.com.
